Mahendra Singh Dhoni 


Mahendra Singh Dhoni, also known as MS Dhoni, is a retired Indian cricketer. He was born on July 7, 1981 in Ranchi, Bihar (now in Jharkhand), India.

Dhoni made his debut for the Indian cricket team in December 2004 and quickly established himself as one of the team's key players. He is known for his cool and calm demeanor under pressure, and his ability to lead the team to victory in high-stakes situations.


Dhoni has had a successful career as a cricketer, both as a batsman and as a captain. He has scored over 10,000 runs in international cricket and has won numerous awards and accolades, including the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for ICC Cricketer of the Year in 2007 and the ICC ODI Player of the Year award in 2008. He is considered one of the greatest cricketers in Indian history and is one of the most successful captains in the history of Indian cricket.

 August 2020, Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket, bringing an end to his successful career. However, he continues to play for the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
